Types of Interpreting We Provide
Consecutive Interpreting
The speaker talks, pauses, and the interpreter then delivers the message in the target language. It requires no special equipment and works well in any setting where one or two people are communicating at a time.
Simultaneous Interpreting
The interpreter delivers the translation in real time while the speaker continues talking. This is used for conferences, large seminars, training sessions, shareholder meetings, and events where multiple people need to follow proceedings in different languages at the same time. Simultaneous interpreting requires booths, headsets, and transmitter equipment, which we can provide through our equipment partners in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui.
Whisper Interpreting
The interpreter sits close to one person and quietly delivers the translation as the speaker talks. This is suitable for smaller group settings such as business meetings, site visits, or official appointments where one attendee needs to follow the conversation in a different language without disrupting others in the room.
Phone and Remote Interpreting
Interpreting via phone call, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any other platform. This is practical for short or long meetings where the interpreter does not need to be physically present. Remote interpreting is increasingly common for business calls, international consultations, and remote government or legal appointments.

Pricing and Booking
Interpreting rates depend on the language pair, the type of interpreting, the duration, and the location. Half-day and full-day rates apply for in-person assignments. Remote interpreting is billed by the hour. Please contact us with the details of your assignment and we will provide a clear quote.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for specific language pairs or assignments outside of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui. For urgent requests, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

How far in advance do I need to book?
For common language pairs such as Thai and English, we can often accommodate bookings with short notice. For less common languages or assignments outside our main office locations, we recommend giving us at least a few days’ notice. For conferences requiring simultaneous interpreting and equipment, we ask for as much lead time as possible to ensure the right interpreters and equipment are confirmed.
Can you provide an interpreter for a police appointment or court hearing?
Yes. We regularly provide interpreters for police appointments, immigration interviews, and court hearings across Thailand. Our interpreters understand the formal language and procedures involved in these settings and handle them professionally and confidentially.
Can I book an interpreter for a medical appointment in Koh Samui?

Yes. We often assist clients who need both a certified translation of their documents and an interpreter for the appointment. We can handle both and coordinate them as a combined service.
